You're wrong, because that rule applies for the creation of criteria, not for the actual content of the constructed card. In other words, I can use those canon mobs for my card and use the criteria given by the previous person, but I cannot ask in my prompts: "Make it a Gagagigo and Marauding Captain Support".  Just a passing thought xD.

Once per turn, If this card was Tribute Summoned: You can apply the following effects depending on the Attribute of the monsters you control in adjacent zones to the zone this card was Summoned to.
⚪ WATER: Shuffle the monster your opponent controls with the lowest ATK into the Deck.
⚪ FIRE: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the monster with lowest ATK they control.
⚪ WIND: Return to the hand the monster your opponent controls with the highest ATK
⚪ EARTH: Change the monster your opponent controls with the highest ATK to face-down Defense Position.
Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, if you don't control 2 monsters with different Attributes in zones adjacent to this monster: Take 2000 damage.

ATK 1000 / DEF 2800

 

Yeah, a wise four-glasses alchemist Minotaur. You didn't see that coming, huh? xD

Next:

This card cannot be Tribute Summoned. It can be special summoned by sending one face-up, banished monster to the graveyard. Once per turn you can activate one of these effects:

⚪If you have a Level 5 or higher face-up monster in your Banished Zone, flip it face-down. All cards (except this one) in the same column as this card are sent back to their respective owner's hand or Extra Deck.

⚪(Quick-Effect) If your opponent uses an effect to negate another card's effect, negate and destroy the card your opponent used. Flip one face-up monster in your Banished Zone face-down.

ATK: 1800  DEF: 1600

 

*Heehee... stuff dealing with the banished zone is kinda' fun.


- Banishment is mandatory, surviving is optional.

- We need a Thunder type in here.

Level 1, 100/0, LIGHT, Thunder

You can only use each effect of cards with this name once per turn.

1) (Quick Effect): You can target 1 "Galaxy-Eyes" monster you control, then banish this card from your hand; banish that target until the End Phase, and if it was an Xyz Monster, inflict damage to both players equal to its Rank x 200. 

2) If a "Galaxy-Eyes" monster you control battles a monster: You can add this banished card to your hand, and if you do, until the end of the Damage Step, that monster you control cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects, and your opponent cannot activate cards or effects.

Twisted Fate

Roll a die. If the result is 1 then you must reveal your Extra Deck to your opponent and they can send one of them to the graveyard. If the result is 6 then you must send at random one monster from your Extra Deck to the graveyard. If the result is 2-5 then you can use this card as a material of any required type or attribute used to special summon an Extra Deck monster.

Continuous Trap
When this card is activated: Set 1 "Defensive Tactics" or 1 "Mobile Tactics" from your Deck.  If "Defensive Tactics" or "Mobile Tactics" is activated: Send this card to the GY.  All monsters you control gain 500 ATK and lose 500 DEF.  If a monster you control destroys an opponent's monster by Battle: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent.  Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects during your Battle Phase.

 

* I want a solider of some sort.

* Has an effect that works on Special Summon.

* Gives effects when used as Synchro Material.

Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. When Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. This monster gains ATK and DEF equal to the number of monsters in the graveyard x350. When a monster is destroyed, you can target one monster in either graveyard and Special Summon it to your side of the field. If a non-monster card would be sent to the graveyard, banish it instead.

(I would have gone with Apophis or Anubis, but thy seem to already be cards)


* Would be great fodder for any kind of tribute summon

You can shuffle 1 "Samsara Marquise" from either player's GY to the Deck; Special Summon this card (from your hand). If this card is tributed for a Tribute Summon; You can add 1 "Samsara Marquise" from your Deck to your hand. You can activate each effect of "Samsara Marquise" only once per turn.
ATK/100 DEF/200

Next: 
- Interacts with the Extra Deck cards (excl. summoning).
- Increases ATK while decreasing DEF.
- Effect that can be activated multiple/unlimited times per turn.
- Has a name that is a very bad pun of an existing card's name.

Oh my... a non-continuous spell or trap that has ATK and DEF? You made a toughie that might not be able to fulfill all 4 requirements... then again, I have an idea:

 

Ancient Roman Military Discipline

[Equip Spell]

If the equipped monster has an effect, it cannot use it so long as this card is equipped to it. The equipped monster becomes ATK: 2000 and DEF: 2000. If the equipped monster is less than Level 6 or Rank 4, it becomes that Level or Rank.


* Must be a Trap card.

* Has a name that contains "Ethanol"

* It becomes a monster with high ATK and low DEF

* Only triggers when you receive damage.

Sentient Ethanol

Continuous Trap

Activate only when you take damage. Special Summon this card as an Normal Monster (Psychic/WATER/Level 5/ATK 2000/DEF 0) OR, if you control a FIRE monster and you Special Summon this card to an adjacent zone to that monster, Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Pyro/FIRE/Level 8/ATK 3000/DEF 0). (This card is also still a Trap.)  Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 FIRE monster you control; destroy as many cards your opponent controls as possible in the same column as this card, and if you do. your opponent cannot use the zones in the same coulmn as this card until the end of the next turn. You can only activate 1 "Sentient Ethanol" per turn.

 

Next - 

* A Fusion, with chemical flavour. Think of doing something like 2 Hydrogeddon + 1 Oxygeddon, but with something else, you can also make up the materials, but it needs to be understandable they're certain elements.

* Is able to Set opponent's Spell/Traps to your field

* Returns to the Extra Deck if you fail to do something during your turn.

* Likes the Standby Phase

Effect: Must be Special Summoned with the effect of "Philosopher's Breakthrough", using "Leaden Golem". If this card is Summoned, target 1 Spell/Trap your opponent controls and Set it on your side of the field. If it is a Trap, it can be activated this turn. You can also use this effect of "Last Alchemist's Goldem" during your Standby Phase once per turn, and only once that turn. If you do not activate the card Set by this effect by your End Phase, return this card to the Extra Deck.

I'd've used "Destroyer Golem" as the Material, but it's made of rocks, not metal. Too bad "Philosopher's Stone" was already taken as a Spell name.

* Gimme a cool gimmick involving banishment

* Must be high in DEF and low in ATK

* Uses the Cyberse type

* Name it after an old computer program (think back to the days of Windows 98)
