Dark matter in his wings is like Isamy's scythe/cloak.Basically indestructible and can cut through basically anything. He could just shut down a person by cutting off all electricity transmissions, because he can manipulate things from afar now.Due to permission related issues, he wouldn't in the RP, but in any situation otherwise, he could.
