Yuuji Kazami
Yuuji wants. I'm still missing Galaxy Eyes Full Armor UGH. Gotta collect all the Galaxy cards.
Sleepy
Dragluon (Number 46) is now not the only monster capable of Summoning that giant purple dragon. That was the first thing that came to mind.
Βyakuya
It would be a nice tool if the Level 4 pool for Dragons were consistent or actually coherent with each other. Otherwise this card is just meh, with Queen Dragon Djinn still being more superior.

evilfusion
Wait...isn't this the card Mizael used against Don Thousand? It was terrible then, it's still terrible now. Galaxy Decks don't run enough Level 4s, least of Level 4 Dragons, to justify this in a Galaxy Deck, and considering that's one of the best ways to use this due to the second effect...yeah, no. And now I'm annoyed by the reminder of how Mizael vs Don Thousand went down. The fact Mizael used a prolonged combo to try to FTK both players at once was fine, but Numeron Network was bullshit, relied on Mizael inexplicably running 2 extremely terrible Spell Cards that did almost the exact same thing (Tribute all Dragons, burn players for ATK vs Tribute all Dragons, draw 1 card for each, burn yourself for ATK), and I just think it'd have been better if Mizael had Summoned a Number instead of this thing, (or even if he tried to Summon No.107 just to prove how losing Barian powers allegedly disallowed the Barian lords from using their Over-Hundred Numbers), because Alito and Gilag both had one of the Astral Numbers in their rematches. But that's just another way Zexal wasted its potential near the end of the run. On the bright side, it's another option for Galaxy Tyranno's effect. Oh wait, Tyranno needs you to use Galaxy Materials, and that means you'd have to for some reason control 2 Galaxy Dragun.
Jord200
but Numeron Network, Zexal, and Don Thousand in general were bullshit Fixed that for you.
evilfusion
Fixed that for you. Yeah, but Don Thousand's BS was so ridiculous I actually find it entertaining. The Numeron Network thing was less my issue with its effect(s), and more just the SPECIFIC use it had against Mizael, because again, the Prime Dragon Spell cards, and having both of them in the same Deck, was stupid. And I really feel like Mizael should have gone first in that Duel, to make it less suspicious, and therefore more shocking, when Numeron Network screwed him over. Don Thousand drawing and ending his turn without doing anything raised too many alarm bells.
Dragulas
Unless they decide to print decent lvl 4 dragons for galaxys, this card was a waste of space in the packAs evil stated above, galaxy (which this card is suppsed to support) doesnt have conventinal means to make this. Simply not fair, i want decent galaxy support, and if that wasnt enough seems like arc v will take the cypher route
Toffee.
Methinks they tried too hard with This card. .... Not like it's any sort of issue or anything, but it seems like they were overly paranoid about This card's potential; typically explains nerfs/etc, really. Ryusei the Morning Star
Are we sure it doesn't ignore summoning conditions? We all expected 90% of the CP cards to be trash anyway
~British Soul~
>Looks at materials>Looks at effect...Eww, I think I'll pass. On another note, when I saw the card, I immediately thought "I forgot we never got this card.", but I had to check who used it because I forgot whether it was used by Kaito or Mizael. The Nyx Avatar
If it said "hand or Graveyard", or how about "hand, Graveyard, or Deck", THEN it may see use. Even so, to Summon from the hand, the materials should be generic.

That said, I agree this is underhelming, mostly because there are few good LV4 Dragons.
The Warden
Well, this could be stealth awesome, depending on what the other Cipher monsters are like.

Spinny
It's materials are what kills it really :/a R4 can be made without much cost and wouldve opened a lot of new tech choices for R4 decks, oh well.
玄魔の王
Oh hey, they changed the pose on its art from the anime so show off its head better. That's kinda cool.
~British Soul~
^ *Looks at anime-art* They did as well. Didn't realise the IRL art was different at first glance.
Progenitor
I mean this COULD synergize with the upcoming cypher stuff since they are all about copying things. Other than that 2 level 4 dragons are only realistically viable with either Debris Dragon or some weird hieratic build, both of which are super meh for an already meh card. cr47t
Well, it does give Galaxies protection so there's that.
evilfusion
Well, it does give Galaxies protection so there's that. Yay! But what Level 4 Dragons do you run in Galaxy? Because by my (slightly outdated) Decklist, I don't even run 3 Dragons of different names (Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon and Galaxy-Eyes Cloudragon), so I never even get Dark Matter's mill to banish effect.
