DARK - Level 6 - Warrior/Effect - 2400/1000

When this monster attacks, if your opponent controls a monster with less ATK or DEF than this monster, they cannot activate Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the turn. During either player's Standby Phase, you can Special Summon this monster from your Graveyard: If you activate this effect, you cannot Summon monsters this turn, except DARK monsters.

I really like Link Rider, but don't forget to give it initial summon requirements!

Toxicland

Field Spell

Change all Plant-type monsters on the field to Defense Position, also negate their effects. If a monster attacks, after the end of the Damage Step: place 1 Toxic Fumes Counter on the attacking monster. Monsters with Toxic Fumes Counters lose 1000 ATK per counter (even after this card leaves the field). Only 1 Field Spell Card can be on the field.

Darkness Encroaching

Quick-Play Spell

Send a number of cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard up to the number of face-up monsters on the field: Flip that number of monsters on the field face-down, in their current Battle Positions. SPELL

(Card art of the warrior from Berserker Soul looking confused at a clock)

Banish 1 "Soul" Spell/Trap card from your Graveyard. During your next Standby Phase, activate that banished card to your side of the field. If it is an Equip Card, equip it to an appropriate target.

Next is Reverse Decision (In reference to a WWE-style wrestling, where the referee makes one decision at the end of the match, but then overturns it later on)

[spoiler=Quarion's Study: Info]

quarion_s_study_by_bdsceptyr-dazo3e7.png

Quarion's Study

Ritual Spell Card

Lore: This card can be used to Ritual Summon "Quarion, Apprentice of Endymion". You can also Tribute monsters you control or in your hand whose total Levels equal 7 or more. If 3 or more Spell Counters are removed from a Link Monster, or a monster Linked to a Link Monster on the field, while this card is in your Graveyard: You can shuffle this card into the Deck: place 3 Spell Counters on 1 card on the field you can place a Spell Counter on.

Of course, the next card is....

Quarion, Apprentice of Endymion (Level 7 Ritual that supports Spell Counter Monsters and Link Monsters. Should be simple. Blue/Blue synergy.)

Quation, Apprentice of Endymon

Level 7

DARK

Spellcaster/Ritual/Effect

ATK:2800

DEF:0

You can Ritual Summon this card with the Ritual Spell Card "Quarion's Study". Link monsters you control cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. Up to twice per turn: You can place 1 Spell Counter in a face-up card on the field. During either player's turn, if a Spell/Trap Card or effect is activated: You can remove 2 Spell Counters from anywhere on the field; negate the activation and if you do, destroy the card.

I should have a generated version later.

EARTH | Rock | Level 8 | Synchro | Effect

1 EARTH Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Rock-type monsters can attack while in Defense Position. If they do, apply their DEF for damage calculation. Once per turn, you can change 1 monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls into face-down Defense Position. Whenever a monster is flipped face-up, you can destroy cards on the field equal to the amount of Rock-type monsters you control.

So, my prompt called for Quarlon.

D'Sceptyr's card said Quarion.

Nyx's card is Quation.

I'm amused.

Quartz Behemoth

EARTH - Level 7 - Rock/Effect - 0/3400

Cannot be Tributed. Unaffected by monster effects, except the effects of Rock-Type monsters. All Rock-Type monsters you control gain 400 ATK for each Rock-Type monster in your Banished Zone.

(BDS probably mistook the lowercase L for an capital I, and following that, Nyx probably forgot to check if he clicked "R" or "T" on the keyboard [because they are next to each other], considering he apparently made that at quarter to 2 in the morning his time.)

Quartz Tower

Field Spell

Rock-Type monsters you control cannot be destroyed by card effects. Once per turn: You can send 1 Rock-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, then you can destroy 1 monster on the field with equal or lesser DEF than the sent monster.

(Let's dump Block Dragon in the Graveyard or something...)

Continuous Spell

The first time each Rock-Type monster you control would be targeted by your opponent's card or effect, that card/effect is negated. You can banish 1 Rock-Type monster from your Graveyard: Draw 1 card (you can only activate this effect of "Quartz Great Wall" once per turn).
