Yes, they were originally translated like that due to how the word "cloth" is pronounced in Japanese katakana. 
 
Anyway, some Main Deck stuff.

Espeon the Evolutionary Reflection Psychic

Level 6 | LIGHT | Psychic | Effect

2300/1950

(1) Once per turn, during either player's turn, if card(s) you control would be destroyed or targeted by your opponent's card effect: You can banish the top 2 cards of your Deck and target card(s) your opponent controls that would be an appropriate target(s); that effect now targets the new target(s).

(2) When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: Gain LP equal to that monster's Level or Rank x 200 points.

 

Jolteon the Lightning Evolutionary

Level 6 | LIGHT | Thunder | Effect

2100/1950
(1) You take no battle damage involving battles with LIGHT monsters your opponent controls.

(2) This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each this turn.

(3) Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can banish 1 LIGHT monster in your Graveyard; negate the effect of a card that targets a monster you control, and if you do, destroy it.

 

Sylveon the Evolutionary Fairytale

Level 6 | LIGHT | Fairy | Effect

2100/2300

(1) When an opponent's monster targets this card for an attack, that monster cannot attack during its controller's next turn.

(2) When this card attacks an opponent's monster: That monster loses 800 ATK/DEF until the end of the Battle Phase.

 

Umbreon the Moonlit Evolutionary

(1) Once per turn, this card is unaffected by card effects your opponent controls.

(2) Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can discard 1 card and target 1 monster on the field; switch its ATK/DEF until the End Phase.

 

Glaceon the Fresh Snow Evolutionary

Level 6 | WATER | Aqua | Effect

2300/1950

You can only use the (2) effect of "Glaceon the Fresh Snow Evolutionary" once per turn.

(1) If you control another WATER monster, this card cannot be targeted for attacks.

(2) You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; it cannot declare an attack or activate its effects until the end of your opponent's next turn. 

 

Leafeon the Verdant Evolutionary

Level 6 | EARTH | Plant | Effect

2100/2300

(1) If you control a FIRE monster, this card cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. 

(2) When this card attacks an opponent's monster with 1900 or less ATK: You can discard 1 card; destroy that monster without applying damage calculation.

(3) During your End Phase: Gain 600 LP.

 

Flareon the Flame Evolutionary

Level 6 | FIRE | Pyro | Effect

2300/2100

(1) Once per turn, if this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can inflict an additional 800 damage, and if you do, take damage equal to half the new damage inflicted to your opponent.

(2) During your End Phase, place 1 Burn counter on a face-up monster your opponent controls. Monsters with a Burn counter have their ATK halved.

 

Vaporeon the Bubble Jet Evolutionary

Level 6 | WATER | Aqua | Effect

2100/1950

You can only use each effect of "Vaporeon the Bubble Jet Evolutionary" once per turn.

(1) During either player's turn, if you control another WATER monster: You can discard 2 cards; negate the effect of an opponent's card effect that targets this card. (2) You can target 1 card your opponent controls: Return it to the hand, then change the battle position of a monster your opponent controls. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. 

 

Arcanine the Legend Komainu

Level 7 | FIRE | Beast | Effect

2600/1700

(1) Monsters your opponent controls lose ATK/DEF equal to their Level/Rank x 100 points.

(2) When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: Your opponent takes 800 damage.

(3) This card can attack your opponent directly, but when it uses this effect, any battle damage it inflicts to your opponent is halved.

 

 

 

Stuff should be printed verbatim from back then, only with some minor PSCT fixes.

Let's just say that some of these are the remainder of things that need porting over from the other format in light of certain events.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
You can only use each effect of "Wingwolf" once per turn.
(1) You can target 1 card you control and 1 card your opponent controls; destroy both targets.
(2) If this card is targeted for an attack by an opponent's monster: You can halve that monster's ATK and DEF until the end of the Battle Phase.
 
Hydreigon the Brutal Destroyer
Level 7 | DARK | Dragon | Synchro | Effect
2600/2100
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner DARK monsters
You can only use the (2) effect of "Hydreigon the Brutal Destroyer" once while it is face-up on the field.
(1) If this card destroys a monster by battle, it can make a second attack in a row.
(2) During either player's turn, if a monster effect is activated: You can negate the effect of that card.
 
Darkrai the Incarnate of Night
Level 8 | DARK | Fiend | Synchro | Effect
2700/1800
1 DARK Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner DARK monsters
You can only activate either the (1) or (2) effects of "Darkrai the Incarnate of Night" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
(1) During either player's turn: You can discard 1 card; negate the effects of 1 monster on the field whose effects activate when flipped face-up on the field.
(2) You can discard 1 card: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; change it to face-down Defense Position.
(3) During your opponent's Standby Phase: Inflict 300 damage to your opponent for every face-down monster they control.

 
Latter two should have their original effects (which the 2099 format originally had); you can look them up in my card index. Wingwolf is pretty much the version 2099 currently has now.

Giratina the Void Creation Dragon
Level 10 | DARK | Dragon | Synchro | Effect

1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner DARK monsters
This card can attack your opponent directly, but when it uses this effect, any battle damage inflicted by this card is halved. Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; shuffle it into the Deck and if you do, your opponent takes 800 damage. If this Attack Position monster you control is targeted for an attack: You can change it to Defense Position.
 

Blazestar Dragon

Level 7 | FIRE | Dragon | Synchro | Effect

2600/2000
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 monster on the field with equal or higher ATK than this card; destroy it. During either player's turn, if this card would be destroyed by an opponent's card effect: You can target this card; it cannot be destroyed by that card effect. You can only use this effect of "Blazestar Dragon" once per turn.

Well, it's finals season for some of us, so don't blame the lessened activity. (I mentioned this in the AGM itself, haven't I?)

I'm not comfortable with this being able to banish from EITHER Graveyard, especially since this is also a Soul Drain in its own right. So yeah, maybe change it to banish 1 card from your Graveyard. (The "negate everything in Graveyard" thing still is unsettling though)

 

Anyway, I'll add one more generic to the pool (I was going to submit this to the other format, but holding back on it right now for reasons)

I've had these for a while...

 

Slip Strike

Trap

Target 1 monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls.  Conduct battle between those 2 targets.  Your opponent takes no damage from this battle.

 

Delinquent Ace

Trap

This card's activation and effect can only be resolved if the number of cards in you and your opponent's Hands are the same.  Pay 1000 LP and look at your opponent's Hand.  Send 1 card from their Hand to the Graveyard.  You can only activate 1 "Delinquent Ace" per turn.

 

Solomon's Patience

Trap

After the end of the next Standby Phase, repeat that Standby Phase.

 

Solomon's Finality

Trap

After the end of the next End Phase, repeat that End Phase.

 

Jumped Paradox

Trap

When this card's effect resolves, increase the turn count by 1 then both players draw 1 card.

 

Weapon Watch

Equip Spell

You can roll a die.  Excavate cards from the top of your deck equal to the result and equip any number of Equip Spells to appropriate monsters on the field.  Shuffle all other excavated cards back into the Deck.  If this face-up card is sent to the Graveyard, add 1 Equip Spell from your Graveyard to your Hand except "Weapon Watch".  You can only use each effect of "Weapon Watch" once per turn.

 

Dual Option

Continuous Spell

Banish half of your Deck face-down.  Whenever you would add a card from your Deck to your Hand, you can add the appropriate face-down banished card to your Hand instead of from your Deck.  Once per turn, you can shuffle 1 face-down banished card to your Deck.  If this card would leave the field, return all your banished cards to your Deck.

 

Counter Magician

Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can place 1 Morph Counter on a card.  Once per turn, you can declare a Counter name.  All Morph Counters on the field become the name you declared.

Encroaching Abyss

Continuous Spell Card

All Spell/trap cards that would be removed from the field are banished instead. Neither player can banish monster from their own graveyard. If this card is destroyed by an opponent's Spell/Trap effect, add 1 Continuous Spell card, except "Encroaching Abyss", from your deck to hand.

 

Encroaching Destruction

Continuous Spell Card

Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a card leaves the field you can activate this effect: The card that left the field is treated as if it left the field by battle or card effect. If this card is destroyed by an opponent's Spell/Trap effect, add 1 Continuous Spell card, except "Encroaching Destruction", from your deck to hand.

 

Encroaching Waters

Neither player can Special Summon monster's from the banished zone. All monsters that are banished are banished face-down.  If this card is destroyed by an opponent's Spell/Trap effect, add 1 Continuous Spell card, except "Encroaching Waters", from your deck to hand.

2 Level 4 Fiend-type monsters

If this is Xyz summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Lvl 4 or lower DARK Fiend-type monster from your graveyard or deck. As long as this card has Xyz material, neither player can Normal Lvl 3 or higher monsters. You can detach  1 Xyz material from this card; Special Summon 2 Fiend-type monsters with the same name from your hand. They cannot attack.
