Seriously, at this point we have several archetypes that could stomp through everything.

And considering the current meta, this would:

Pendulum Effect:You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "Section XIII" monsters. Once per turn, while you control no monsters: You can pay 1000 Life Points; Special Summon 1 "Section XIII" monster from your Deck; you cannot Pendulum Summon the turn you activate this effect.

 

Monster Effect:During the turn this card was Normal Summoned, you can Normal Summon 1 "Section XIII" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)

Pendulum Effect:Once per turn: You can pay 800 Life Points; add 1 "Section XIII" monster that is banished or in your Graveyard to your hand.

 

Monster Effect:While you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn: You can target 1 LIGHT or DARK monster on the field; negate its effects until the End Phase.

Would someone mind promoting "Barrk" (Dova and I can't, 'cause we made it)? I'm kinda interested in seeing their Fabled/Volcanic/Megarock-style burn-battle take on Brimstone's Dark World/Lightsworn/Infernoid-style burn-battle.

 

Alternatively, or even in addition, there's my "Looping Dragons" subset- 2 bosses, 2 enablers, and one "attack" card for each boss.

Sounds fun.

Since they overreact to perceived threats, perhaps there could be an effect like so: "If a card on your opponent's field has an effect that can target a "Hashtag Warrior" monster you control:"

Kidding, kidding.

 

But making YCM/AGM/People-based archetypes has been tried before. The problem is making it cohesively work as an archetype while still acknowledging the character of each person.

 

My "Grand Makers"? Inconsistent, not very cohesive, as I focused too much on each person.

 

Nyx's "Awakening Legends"? Works as an archetype, if admittedly hella broken, but the references to the people involved are too subtle.

There's Skypalace Gangaridai, Phantom Fortress Enterblathnir, Gustav Max (technically), and Superdimensional Robot Galaxy Destroyer. So yeah, someone's gonna have to sponsor some Numbers. (I'm throwing my vote in for Numbers 9, C15, 35, and 81, myself.)
